The spring update improves lens ordering, adds new report templates and brings a cleaner look to the most-used screens.
What's new
The April release brings the next generation of Comcept practice management. The focus is on two areas felt every day: lens ordering and reports.
Faster lens ordering
The order screen has been reworked. Frequent orders are now started straight from the customer record, without intermediate clicks. Status updates from suppliers are filed automatically against the order.
- Orders launched from the customer record with a single click
- Supplier status messages auto-mapped to orders
- Daily summary per supplier on the home dashboard
New report templates
The Reports module ships three new templates: Daily Cockpit, Supplier Performance and Contact Lens Aftercare. Each template can be scoped to "my store only".
Refined interfaces
The main screens look calmer: fewer lines, more focus on the data. Keyboard shortcuts are unchanged, no relearning required.
